Mexican steak and eggs for breakfast! Farm fresh eggs, pan seared steak, sautéed shallots, mushrooms, spinach, and homemade chili sauce. I’ll confess that I cooked the egg literally a minute too long but it was still delicious!
I’m growing pears in bottles this summer. I’m really excited but now I must be patient and wait roughly 3 months. Once I get there I will introduce these pears to a delicious liquor of my choice. Cheers!
Healthy day off tropical smoothie. And just to think, I was gonna skip breakfast. Shame on me. This smoothie consists of mango, pineapple, banana, kale, orange juice, almond milk, and ground flax seed. Turned out amazing!
